Hydro-Pneumatic Padder

Hydro-Pneumatic padder is indicated for all types of dyeing and other chemical applications. Hydro-pneumatic padder comes along with two hydraulic cylinders or Anti-deflection rollers. These cylinders are highly uniform providing constant pressure along the width of the fabric. The cylinders consist of pneumatic actuators which assures constant linear pressure along the width of the fabric.

Varying applications demands suitable applicator tank. Depending upon the application, there are suitable applicator tanks which ensures precise dyeing or chemical application. Hydraulic or pneumatic rollers provides continuous and even penetration of dye and chemicals ensuring no centre selvedge.

The bath is levelled and controlled by a level controller which ensures precise and in-time dosing of dyes or water and chemicals post the circulation.

DH1Intermediate : This tank consists of one submerged roller in a voluminous body. The average contact time is intermediate.

DH2 Long-time : This tank consists of one submerged roller in a voluminous body. The average contact time is intermediate.

DH3 Saver Tank : This tank provides very short immersion. The tank consists of one submerged roller And the dye bath is short allowing full immersion in less time followed by heavy expression by the Anti deflection rollers.
